Chere's Joy

Twas a few nights before Christmas, little Chere was sound asleep and dreaming of machine
embroidered stockings that she could do with her 5x7 hoop. "Bigger, Marie, please bigger!" she said.
Chere had been a really, really good girl all year supporting Marie in any way she can, always going
above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. Always doing things with a smile, generosity and wonderful
patience. So St-Nick whispered into Marie's ear, "Marie, do you think you could actually make it bigger?"
and Marie replied, "I don't know if I can make it bigger but I can sure make it better and add more
than is expected to fit the character of such a wonderful lady. What do you think St-Nick?".
And St-Nick nods joyfully and applauds the notion!!!

These designs are embroidered on fabric. In the course of one afternoon, depending on
the speed of your machine, you will be able to create 3 to 4 full sized stockings.
The blank shapes take from 1 to 3 minutes to embroider. The fully embroidered shapes
take from 5 to 10 minutes to embroider, depending on the machine you are using.

Note that a blank shape for the center part is included to allow you total freedom and countless
variations. The instructions also include how to add a cuff to your stocking to allow you to personalize
your stockings. The ensemble comes with completely illustrated step by step instructions. If you are
a beginner and wondering if this project will be easy for you to do, have no fear, this

Finished size of the 4x4 stocking is 14" high.

Finished size of the 5x7 stocking is 16" high.

This is the plan for the tree skirt. What are the chances that this little jewel will get to completion exactly as planned? Pretty good if we take in account how very fast these designs stich out. There will be plenty of time left to add some bling all around!
