I have had a most wonderful mother's day weekend! Certainly one of the better ones of my lifetime (and my 'children' are in their mid-30s). It wasn't just about them, it has been about everyone close to me in my life.

Thank you! We had a very nice Mother's Day and a great time of relaxing with family. I was surprised to learn that Mother's Day was observed today all around the world.

Roxann.... I don't have kids, only was mommy to our two dobbie fur babies, but sadly they aren't with us any more. Hubby did take me out for a lovely Sunday brunch and told me how much our fur babies must miss me... that was sweet. Great brunch, lovely seafood crepes, maple chicken and one of the most delicious hams I've had in years. Ate way too much and we rolled home stuffed.... so stuffed it was only a small salad for dinner.
