Here is the flour sack towel that I embroidered with a bluework design free from AnnTheGran - Shirah - I have done many of her designs found in one-colour work but this one I coloured in the and the leaves a bit with fabric crayons - then heat set. Don’t waste your money on special crayons - use the regular Crayola ones that were 2/$1 at Michael's this week or 2/$1.50 in Canada for 64 crayons. I could see no difference in the crayons and paid like $5 u.s. at Joanns for 8 stinking crayons. Washed the towel and ironed it and it looks like some of the blue faded from the crayoned part - not the poly thread of course.
