Here we pay tribute to those who support us in our creative venture!

Managing an active website, an even more active Group and forum is not an easy thing to do. I certainly would not be able to handle all of it on my own or do as much if I didn't have the help of some extremely wonderful people. So this page is dedicated to the wonderful people in my creative life.

The same principle applies to magazine articles. Having my work featured in a magazine is the most wonderful compliment. Contrary to popular belief, one cannot buy a feature in a magazine. So thanks to some extremely talented and incredibly generous writers, my work and efforts were honored quite a few times and I want to take these few moments to pay tributes to those wonderful writers as well.

My Wonderful People

Some would call them my staff, some would call them my friends and some would call them family. They are in fact all that and much, much more. Let me introduce you to them...

NAME/TITLE JOB DESCRIPTION

Ruthy Goode
Web Editor

I gave Ruthy the name of "web editor" in the first year that I opened my website but I could have easily named her web researcher, knowledge base and many other wonderful names. Ruthy is the person who goes and read each of the pages I write and corrects my english. English not being my first language, we can all say she's got her work cut out. If I am ever looking for something, she somehow always knows where to look and comes up with the answers I need. Thank you Ruthy for your invaluable part in my life.

Chere/Susan H.
Angel

Angel? Yes, she is an angel really! Chere is the wonderful person who is part of the moderating team on the forum. She solely takes care of ALL the applications that come through each day. On a slow day, we get about 30 new applications and that number can go up to 100 new applications on more active days. She verifies and checks that there are actual real people behind each of those applications to make sure we don't get spam on the forum. Out of those 30 to 100 per day applications, about 10 only are legitimate applications. Apart from that, Chere basically takes care of everyone. She always makes sure that everyone is enjoying themselves and that everyone have what they need including me. A GREAT big Thank You Chere for your unwavering generosity and understanding!

Jennifer B.
Angel

Yes, another true angel! Am I lucky or what? Jennifer, one day suggested that we should have a challenge on the forum to get all of our creative juices going. Oh my! Life was never the same after. I don't know how I lived my web life prior to Jennifer entering it. She is efficient. She is talented. She is full of ideas. She is cool in the eye of the storm. Thank you too for all you are to my hubby and me.

Roxann C.
Angel

Yet another angel. How lucky can I get? Roxann is one of the most amazing person I've ever met. She's quiet and patient while having opinions and knowing what she likes or wants. Meaning, she's the perfect balance to me... HA HA HA!! Her projects are all exquisite. Her quilting abilities and knowledge are an incredibly useful reference library to us all. She inspires me to do and be better. Thank you Roxann! May life bring you only joy!

Shirley
Angel

Yet another angel. Shirley isn't an active angel at this time but I felt that she was part of the active team for so long, she most definitely deserves her space on this page. Shirley too, could be named Mrs Knowledge Base. Every information that this wonderful lady has in her head at any given moment is staggering. Her wit and sense of repartee would whip your brain into shape any given day. A great thank you for all the help and support offered to the members, moderators and me.

Krafty Kris
Show Angel

This wonderful angel showed up at my booth in a show one day and said: "If you ever need help, please let me know, I'd love to come and help at the show. Please I'll work for free!!!" Well, I just couldn't say no that could I? HA HA HA. Kris shows up at every single shows and is an amazing source of help. I know hubby and I couldn't do it without her. Thank you Kris for your soooooo appreciated involvement.
CEOs
Managers
Life Guards
My Everythings!
Oh my what can I say? There is no way I could do anything that I do without them. For the food that gets cooked without me lifting a finger. For the vacuuming that I no longer have to do so I can have more time to create. For the babysitting, carpooling, taxi driving that gets done at a moment's notice so I can go to the places and shows I need to be at. For your faith in my work, in me. For your love, strength, commitment, patience and understanding... Thank you my children!

Members
Group and Forum

Last but not least, all of this would be inexistant without my wonderful Haven & Group members. Your continued support and interest in what I do is what makes all of this possible. So as you often tell me, keep it up! My most sincere Thanks!
