Sewing Room of my dreams...

This will require a lot of luck, work and prayers... LOL

Ok in the middle where there are the number 1+2+3+4... there will be one counter covering
the whole thing... the space in between 1 and 4 is to place one trash can and a place to store my stool
the top is obviously the cutting table and will have a surface of 40" x 72".. in parts 2 and 3 there are 4
drawer to put tools in... and the cupboards underneath are 36" x 24" deep so I should be able to store my QuiltCut 2
in one of those without every worrying about it.

At one end of the cutting table I will have rails to hang my rules and templates... the cutters and scissors
will be in the drawers away from innocent little fingers.

Number 16+17 are two use cupboards... 30" x 24 " (WxD) by 80 inches high... those 2 should normally be devoted to the
stash I am devoting a lot of effort in creating... LOL

Nubmer 13+14+15 are all drawers entirely and normally should used to store my threads... the 13+14 are 36" X 24"
deep and 15 is 18" X 24 " deep.. Number 19 is a corner unit and is huge... and normally is for
your pots and pans but since it's a sewing room... I will not buy the metallic shelving that normally goes with it
but will use it to store huge bolts or plastic bins... on top of 19 + 13 + 14 there is ample space to have
3 embroidery machines running at once... (DH is at this time designing the wiring so that I require only one
PC for all machines cause there will be 3 more hopefully on the opposite wall and the proper lighting cause
I would like to have neon.. real bright but also natural light lighting)...

Number 9-10-11-12 (12 being under 28)... those are 30" x 12 1/4" deep units... I am not getting the doors for those units
only the cupboard itself and I will use those for my books + magazines + instructions manual... they are
actually cheaper then buying a book unit... LOL but of good solid material still. and on the wall above those but
still under the window that is there... I will have railings going from one end to the other with little wire
basket that are normally used to fit kitchen paper towel rolls but I will put my stabilizer rolls on there
Example of the railing: http://tinyurl.com/axnpd

Number 8+7 again the corner is a corner unit for big items and bins... on top I can fit 2 machines

the little grey space between 7 and 18 will have a counter that will go over all units 7+8+18 ... and
that will be my computer space... underneath the counter... a rolling stool will fit and against the wall
a small printer and PC tower will be there... and another embroidery machine will be on top of the 18

Now granted at this time I don't have 6 embroidery machines, but one is allowed to dream and if one wants
the dreams to come true... one has to be prepared... HA HA!!

Now those two white spots at the left of number 18 are where an L shape counter will be for my 2 regular sewing
and my serger to be with the chairs and all.

Number 5+6... 5 is a sink unit where I will be able to wash out my stabilizer and glue and tools and whatever
needs to be washed... with the proper products stocked underneath... Number 6 is another big cupboard of
30" x 80" high and 24 deep... this one is to store all those vases, flowers and other decorative items I use
for my displays and such.

All the above wall unit like number 20+21+22+29+28+23+24+25+26+27 will be to store everything that wasn't
mentionned so far... quilt supplyes, smocking supplyes, knitting, crocheting, beads supplyes, blanks and such..
If I am lucky... I will be able to put one rail all around the walls on the back of the embroidery machines and
have all the hoops for each one hanging on the wall on the back of each machines... and I will have something
and I say something cause I don't know what it will be yet cause DH is thinking on it... but something of a thread
stand that wouldn't take up too much space but that I also wouldn't have to move from one machine to the next hopefully

Oh well ... I somehow feel shy having shared all of this... LOL

Those 3 pictures below are to show you the view in 3 D... the total size of the room is something like
290 square feet DH said... apparently I am starting to compete with HIS garage and we just don't know how
we feel about that... him annoyed or not or me jubilant or not... LOL

Don't mind the two little cupboards for the cutting table.. the software won't let me put them right at the corners.
